Dr Swales was very professional throughout the process of my vasectomy. He took great care to explain all of the benefits and risks of the procedure during my pre-op counselling and made sure to repeat this prior to the actual operation. He put me at ease with his kind and easy going bedside manner and his years of experience. The operation was relatively painless and over very quickly. I would recommend Dr Swales to anyone who was thinking of having the same procedure.

I was quite nervous about having a vasectomy but once I arrived i was put at ease by the doctor and the nurses . It's a very small amount of pain for a very short time. Altogether it was fine and nothing to be scared of!
